Community Facilities To develop new or enhance existing facilities that meet the needs of the community. Carry out a survey of all existing community spaces in the town, their availability, limitations and future requirements

Engage with owners of these buildings to identify their maximum availability and the associated conditions.

Prepare a report on the extent of the gap of provisions in the town; future plans that existing community facilities may have and the requirements for any new community facilities

If new facility required establish a stakeholder group to implement the project.

Review range of existing activities in town and surrounding area, review transport options for accessing activities in other areas.

Prepare a report on what is needed for children and youth people in Banagher.

Set up a group to examine building quality, identify vacant properties and ascertain the reasons why buildings area vacant.

Engage with auctioneers/estate agents active in area to prepare a consolidated list of properties on the market.
