About: Based on previous years, Beat on the Street is a major annual charity fundraiser scheduled for August on Main Street, Banagher, County Offaly, featuring family activities (From 1pm to 4pm) and a music Gig Rig (4pm onwards). The 2025 event was held on August 2nd and it is likely to return around the same time in august 2026 to raise funds for local organizations, often including the Offaly Hospice. What to expect at what happens at this festival, it is a family-friendly street festival with games, live music, a pop-up shop for local goods and a significant community atmosphere. The event has raised over €136,500 to date for local causes, including hospice care and community development. The 2025 event took place with various performers, community spirit and entertainment to the town’s main street in Banagher.
