About: The National Ploughing Championships attracted a record-breaking visitors again last year over the three days and is Europe’s largest outdoor exhibition & agricultural trade show. The 2026 Ploughing Championships will take place in Screggan in Tullamore, County Offaly. The Ploughing Championships  was held on the same farm in 2016, 2017 & 2018 hosted by Joe Grogan RIP. At the Ploughing Championships there will be Free Parking, Food Courts/Bars, Information Kiosks, Medical Centre, Baby Changing Facilities, Toilets, Grandstand Seating, Exhibition Maps, Wheelchair Car Parks, ATM’s, Campervan park, Wheelchair Hire, Wifi, Live Traffic Lights, Public Transport & Picnic’s Areas and more. The 2 day event is set to bring millions into the local economy mainly through the hospitality industry but also utilising many local services in order to build an event that requires upwards of 700 acres. More than 275,000 visitors are expected to attend this year. The National Ploughing Championships attracts 80,000 to 150,000 visitors daily.
